Job Title: Group Account Director & Account Director - Brisbane

Job Description:

Mitchell & Partners Brisbane, Queenslands leading media agency seeks two experienced and motivated media executives.

  • GAD to lead 8 person team; $30+m billings, mainly retail; reports to MD
  • AD to head 4 person team; top to bottom service; reports to GAD

 Successful candidates will:

  • provide high level service to clients, inc. senior management
  • lead strategic planning and investment/negotiation processes
  • provide management, direction, training, mentoring and team motivation 
  • work with strategists, digital specialists & team leaders to drive quality 
  • originate and deliver presentations/proposals to new & prospective clients
  • ensure profitability of client business & develop new revenue streams

Job Title: Account Manager - Brisbane

Job Description:

Mitchells, Queensland’s largest and most successful media communications agency, is seeking an experienced Planner Buyer or Account Manager to work on challenging local and national accounts. You’ll enjoy a supportive team culture, rapid career progression and a fast-paced, fun office.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of media campaigns from start to finish
  • Planning, buying, implementation and account management
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Building strong relationships with media owners and clients
  • Motivating and mentoring junior members of team

Role requires at least 3 years experience, proven ability in planning and buying media and advanced computer skills. It offers a great opportunity to work independently and develop planning skills in both offline and online media.
